Because eBooks are downloaded after purchase, it is not possible to return them. However, if you are unhappy with your eBook for any reason, you may request a  refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact Katherine at ksreid@ksreidbooks.com if you feel you are entitled to a refund. 

Print books
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return any physical product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please email Katherine at ksreid@ksreidbooks.com to arrange you return.
